This amazing MMA-focused wrestling program is led by All-American and UFC Contender Alex Perez. Students will learn the fundamentals such as takedowns, clinching, and defense.
Dictating where a fight takes place is the advantage of the better wrestler.
The wrestling program is for both beginners and experienced grapplers. Our facility has a 2000 sq ft grappling mat as well as additional training equipment throughout the gym. This class is perfect for a student in an off-season wrestling program that may later want to transition to MMA, or a Jiu-Jitsu competitor looking to improve their submission-grappling.
