Striking Style
Learn from Professional Fighters! Our kickboxing class is grounded in the techniques of Muay Thai. We utilize punches, kicks, knees, and elbows to throw exciting combinations. You can expect to learn proper technique and fundamental striking combinations while applying them in shadowboxing drills, pad-work, and heavy bag work.
Required Gear: Boxing gloves and hand wraps
Conditioning
Our Cardio Kickboxing class is a full-body workout that will increase your strength and endurance.
Great for all levels. Beginners welcomed and encouraged!
