Team Oyama uses Prece, a management platform operated by Prece, Inc., to handle enrollment, billing, scheduling, and communication — including the text messages described below. This page summarizes how your information, including your mobile number, is used.

Text messaging (SMS)

Team Oyama may send SMS text messages — such as direct messages from staff and announcements about schedules, events, and billing — to parents, guardians, and members who have provided a mobile number and consented to receive them.

• Consent. You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages through an online enrollment or registration form, a paper enrollment form completed on-site, or a sign-up form opened by scanning a QR code displayed at Team Oyama. Consent is not a condition of enrollment or purchase.
• Message frequency & rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out & help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, START to opt back in, or HELP for assistance.
• Your mobile information is never sold or shared. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. They are shared only with the service providers that deliver the messages you requested (such as the SMS provider, Twilio), solely for that purpose.
